Is being a solid defender enough?

I was not a fan of his for a long period.

However, I was very impressed with him last season. The more muscle he put on the harder he started to tackle. He's lays some ripper tackles every week, hard, solid, fair but drives them into the turf (fair unless Ablett is the one being tackled). I love that sort of stuff.

Add his pace and courage and it's a fair package that overshadows his clanger count.

Absolutely it's enough.

As Old said, it'll take a very good player to replace him.
