Whilst not revolutionary or unexpected in any way, it's good to see this attitude from Bails that he wants TS & JT to play plenty of footy. Also that Strauss will debut.

Having looked at what they've done in the pre-season, I'd love it if both kids got close to 22 games (20 maybe?). Failing that maybe 30-35 between them?

I think they can hold their own and warrant selection each week. I doubted the footy department felt the same way as they've proven to be a bit gunshy with teenagers in recent years.

Oh... and my mood has nothing at all to do with the rising star, which they'd be more in line to get a hold of if they play most of the year.

The first footage I saw of Scully and Trengove in R&B was approx. 5 minutes into the first quarter vs. Fremantle. After the centre ruck duel and the ball dribbling 10 metres from the contest they both descended into frame like I'd never seen before. Their agility was mystifying!

I cannot wait for Saturday. To consider these two ahead of our experienced midfielders in ability would not be drawing too long a bow!
