Lynden Dunn: Has had the time to develop he has the size and i can see some ability on him time to take it to

the next level cement a spot and either be a forward or effective stopper.

Someone from the Ruck devision: Jamar has to step it up and become an elite class ruckmen some improvement in the

contested marking department and forwardline presence. Our 2nd string ruckmen whoever it will

be needs to step up also and be more than serviceable I still think its Paul Johnson for mine i know it's unpopular but

i cant see Meesen making it and Spencer is underdeveloped.
