    Go to My Controls>Edit Avatar Settings would be better than going to Help.

    Essentially you must link to an image source eg one hosted at Imageshack.

    I believe your graphic may even be hosted by Demonland.

    I'm glad you brought that up. I have been wondering the answer to that question too. Admins I have messaged seem to have gone on holidays...lol
