If you're wondering what happens to some ex-Demon players when they finish up at the club, then look no further than Sunday's SANFL v VFL interstate representative game. Playing for the SANFL team are four former Demons - Alexis Georgiou, Mitch Clisby, Jordie McKenzie and Aidan Riley. The Victorian team will have only one Casey Scorpions player - Tim Smith who will line up at CHF. Currently listed AFL players are not eligible. Despite the fact that Channel 7 has the rights to VFL matches, the state game will not be televised. It will however, be screened live on the VFL website.
