When ever the game is in the balance we never have a player stand up and grab the game by the scruff of the neck.
Leadership group should be doing this, but they don't.
Coaches should be reading the game and changing our weaknesses in game, but they don't.
How we expect kids to grow in these terms when the senior players and coaches have one idea is beyond me.
