If I were Roos. I would be taking 22 players to one finals game each week, even the Grand Final. And would be picking a team to "play against" one of the finals teams and would be saying here is your position, this is your opponent, now watch and learn what they do. I want you to be able to tell me how they beat their opponent, if they did, how they were beaten if they were. Where they ran to, were they effective? What would/could you do better in their positions and in their decision makings.. Because in my opinion we have enough talented footballers, but they are just not smart enough! Thoughts?
