He is driving himself, but as I said on Monday was doing too much and was told to stop Assume he won't be allowed anywhere near a competitive game until he has ticked every box He is just doing a bit more each session Standout today for me was Marty Hore, as per the article on Club website, attacked the session Looks like most of those missing were indoors, happens a lot on the Wednesday sessions -

Craft session today which went for just over 1hr and 45mins Got some good pics of Gawn and Preuss in one on one drill Fritsch and KK in midfield drills, so some may get their wish Interesting drill with Salem, Lewis, Jetta, Fritsch, KK so the 'best' kicks in the team, doing kicking drill with both feet, 'annoyingly' hardly a poor kick between them Lever is looking better and better each session, I am sure he is aiming for Rd 1 Bradtke absolutely cooked after drills with Gawn, Preuss and Stafford, fast tracking indeed New boys were back, Sparrow not disgraced in clearance drills- 117 replies

To answer the question re rules, the players have instruction of every facet, fitness, diet, health etc etc Any extra has been cleared with the club They all have individually tailored programs Tommy Mac has been 'instructed' whenever he can to walk barefoot, as it strengthens the foot and will help his toe -

Eek, he must miss out on the weighing sessions then, each player is 'advised' what his playing weight should be, some are even stopped doing certain weights to ensure they don't become muscle bound Trac was fine when I spoke to him after the session, did what his program said for the session Lever was told to 'pull his head in at one point', doing more than he should -
He had some nerve issues in his shoulder, fixed now Just waiting for OK to resume training Neat and tidy skills from what I have seen, B class rookie so no stress

Billy is fine, right where he should be in his 'rehab', I asked, we get it right these days, no rush, still January, always get a big hello, so head is in a good space as well Agree with @Caligula's cohort Viney wasn't out there today PANIC not, so AVB took it upon himself to 'lead' the group Only thing holding Salem back at the moment is Arsenal's owners reluctance to spend money in the January transfer window ??? Goodwin wants two footed players, so they have to kick with their non preferred during training, most are actually getting better at it, think they HAVE TO??? Jonesy is using the boxing to let off a bit of steam, think his issue is similar to Brayshaw, a niggle that won't settle, again no rush -

Hunt, for all his admirers, looks to be back, was zooming around today with ease Standout for me today was Salem, some of his kicking was sublime when they did ball movement As I have mentioned before, competition for spots is going to be fierce, which is only a good thing- 68 replies

Lever is making great strides in his rehab, was up and about today, very vocal Keilty is definitely being set to play as a forward this year Preuss has shaved his head, as if he needed to, to look more imposing, only needs the beard now I have to go to work this arvo so will post the pics on Insta and here tonight- 68 replies

Yes but a bit difficult to stay in shade, drink lots of water, take pics and talk to players, plus posting on here A lot of today was speedy ball movement, either by hand or foot 'Rehab' group did a heap of work again, including some bag work, Clarry having a couple of interesting sessions, made a hash of one jump and landed on his shoulder, without any concern thankfully The smaller of stature did a one on one drill which was fun to watch, Garlett, ANB, Spargo, Corey Wagner, JKH No sign of new draftees, assume AFL induction is on this week- 68 replies
