I agree that It's probably not true, but I don't think it's such a bad idea a trade might be the best thing for Watts and MFC Grimes can't kick, can't have your leaders making basic skill errors consistently Trengove and Toumpas would want to show something in 2015 or I doubt either will be at the club after that

I think the best development model I have seen is the stand alone reserves team and a decent coach in charge of that side, we probably don't have the money for that though if the players played the same role in the firsts as the seconds in the same game plan and consistant messages I think that would be great, Stone and Roos are both well regarded as development coaches so I think the kids will be in good hands

I think some of the best players of this draft will go between picks 10-25 Duggan, Ahern, Lamb and Goddard are all blokes who can seriously play I don't see anyone besides Petracca and McCartin as any better than those 4, seems a very even draft

Both still have extra cap room I believe but i'd imagine the same rules would apply where they have to pay 95% although both have players on good dollars so I doubt they would have any issue with that the thing I think our club needs is a good traditional rebuild through the draft with some high quality people on board to make sure we develop the young talent we bring in, no more quick fixes, no more bandaids, a PP now could be exactly what we need

tell ya what, Lingy was exactly the same while commentating the game, I was thinking the entire time that I would bet my left one he is at the club next year he described part of what we were doing in a weird way, and then at quarter time Roosy said exactly the same thing and it just seemed like they have had a serious discussion about the game plan over one of their little coffee dates.
