One thing that really stand out for me personally is how little we hear from PJ and the board now days, I think the signs of a really well run organisation is that the real heavy hitters hire very qualified people to run each department and they really just work in the background, I think PJ is a master of this I could imagine Schwab thinking he had a say in selection and all sorts of things

Patrick McCartin in my opinion, the next two drafts I believe are pretty full of mids and they seriously need a good young key forward to build around, I think he will be far more valuable to them than Petracca would. but essentially i'd say it's between McCartin and Petracca with Wright an outside chance.

I have great concerns about this finals series, Collinwood finish 9th and after 2 weeks into the finals Justice Middleton decides to rule in favour of ASADA and infraction proceedings begin again... what exactly will eddie do if that happens? for the good of the game and everyone who watches it, they can't allow Essendon to play finals until this is resolved, and Essendon don't want to rush things along, all they want is to see this drag out or go away.

I think if you're looking at playing consistant finals in the future, best chance of premierships and a good pay packet to go with it I would be heading to the Suns over Geelong or Hawthorn
