it's the clubs balls SWYL time to let every bloke on our list know they haven't earned the right to be untouchable, every single player has two games to prove they deserve to stay. time for some big calls, we know Roosy can coach, they have a plan, the players either fit into that or they go elsewhere and we get someone in who will. No other profession would allow such below par performances consistently without jobs being on the line, we should be no different.

I'm not sure even that would work but I agree with the idea, we desperately need to sign a superstar and we need that to happen pretty well ASAP

I really think we have the young core to go somewhere, the older heads are what concern me, Brayshaw, Hogan, Viney, Tyson, Petracca, Neal-Bullen, Tmac, Gawn and co should make a decent core to take the club forward, but while the teams leaders are blokes like Chris Dawes, Jeremy Howe, Colin Garland, Jack Grimes how can we really expect to move forward I personally would be really keen to see Dawes, Grimes, Toumpas, Howe, Garland all leave the club over the off season either via trade of Free agency. if we could somehow get something in return that'd be great.

Roosy needs to sit them down and tell every single player that they're playing for their career, we can still win, and we have to win. put any pressure on carlton and they will cave but we just have to put that sort of effort in.

Do the players want to play for Paul Roos? Look at the saints, that's a team of blokes who want to play for their coach, trust their structures and coaches and are developing game by game despite in my opinion having less talent than us. look at the MFC, can't rely on players to produce effort, no pride in performance, constantly going away from coaches structures and messages, leaders who aren't getting them back to the plan quickly enough, if we fall off the horse we can't fix it in game, we wait til the quarter and hope the coaches can fix it.

Supporting Melbourne is like being with a bad girlfriend, you don't realise how bad it is for you until you actually break it off, I reckon i'm reaching that point.
