I reckon if after six years you don't know it your senior coach is good at his job, he's almost certainly not. They're made a string of awful decisions around him that haven't helped but the game play to me is ultra defensive but if you look at the players in his midfield they're all attacking mids. He's not playing to the strengths of the list. Taylor Adams is their only decent two way mis. Treloar and Sidebottom are almost exclusively offensive mids

So the hyperhetical trade would be our first pick and sam frost? Surely that's a Major win for us to land a bloke like lever.

We've been in pretty good form ourselves. I expect us to win this game. Watch Nathan jones play the best game of his life. This is a game I reckon petracca might step up for as well

I've heard Richmond have an offer for him that's as good as any if dusty does go.

I believe the % gap is about 42 points. So if we lost by 10 points, the eagles would have to win by 33 points to overtake us.

I don't think it's financially viable for us to spend the sort of money it'd take to get Kelly. We have a lot of young stars to re-sign as much as he'd be a perfect fit. Plus I doubt we could satisfy a trade for him and lever without giving up a young gun.

I'd like to play Sydney simply because all the pressure would be in them and we'd have absolutely nothing to lose. We seem to play well when we're underdogs as well.

I'm not sure I can emotionally handle us playing in a final. I get so angry watching normal games

Lever has said publicly there are four factors to this decision 1. Money. We can offer him the $$$ he wants 2. Family, his family are in vic 3. It was just a good honest hard contest. Both players went for the ball. It's good to watch. The only way he'd get suspended for that is if the MRP has put a few $$$ on the pies next week

Assuming Viney is in I'd swap him and stretch. Salem is a clear upgrade on Wagner i think watts may struggle to win his spot back given the form of other forwards.

Petraccas best game in a while. what i've been super impressed with is the lowering of the eyes and delivering the ball inside the forward 50. not just bombing it to Hogans head.

Is getting fined for staging still a thing? if so Rhys Maitherson will have to sell his house to cover the fines.. the block has ducked 7-8 times clearly already. fortunately it seems on the most part the umpires know he's a sneaky little [censored] and aren't buying into it

I mean when max had the ball smashed out of his hand it was exactly what Hogan did... wasn't 50 though. would have been if it were a lions player. I think it's time to send a please explain off. there were multiple examples of them getting frees and the same thing happens to us and it's play on. Hogan and Garlett have been held so much the opposition might as well be stitched to them.

we've also been missing Gawn, Hogan, Viney, Jones and other key players for extended periods of times this season. I suspect if we had Gawn or Hogan we would have beaten Freo and Hawks if we hadn't been smashed by Injury we would have knocked off Richmond and probably both North games was more due to attitude so can't really count those
