I am happy to see him go home if his heart is not in it.
Melbourne need players who want to play for the club and pick 40 will be free now in the draft.
-
I think we could do much better then Evans with some of the free agents around like the guys from Adelaide.
Evans is not AFL standard

I now think that we will win 9 games and be ready to have a real crack at finals in 2016.
The key is hogan and garlett to kick around 70 goals.
Tyson and viney will take another step forward.
JKH,Salem and toumpass will also help our team in the middle.
Then we have pick 2&3 to come in for some games.
I think our defence is strong with Harry O adding some much needed run from half back.
Max gawn will grab the number 1 ruck spot and have a real impact.
Then we have our captain jones who just gets better every year and some great leadership on each line with Cross( back) Jones & Vince ( mid) and Dawes ( forward ) to really drive the Paul Roos standards on field.
Then finally we have the best development coach for the young guy in Macca and Goodwin
Also another year under Paul Roos game plan will become stronger in 2015
9 wins is a realistic outcome for the dees in 2015.
GO DEMONS

This is a chance for all demon fans to see who knows there footy.
1. Premiership / Sydney swans
2. Brownlow medal / Patrick Dangerfield
3. Coleman medal / buddy franklin
4. Keith bluey / Dom Tyson
5. Rising star / Jesse hogan
Just a bit of fun to see who gets the best score out of 5

That is your description of macartin WOWAs opposed to a lumbering forward that can't kick?
A rangey wingman that can't win contested footy?
There's going to be a handful of red flags with whoever we choose at pick 3.
Lever is the best prospect in my opinion.
Hate to tell you but your bagging an almost certain Demon.
Will you still think that when we draft him?
He is one of the best kids in the country top 3 is a lock.
Hogan and macartin will be a forward line that will be scary and strong for the next 10 years.
Get on board

A good mate of mine who's son plays for the Western Jets says we should stay away from Brayshaw and McCartin.
He sees a lot of them and reckons they are both too slow, and have very good players around them who give it to them a lot.
He believes Petracca and Wright are the pick of the bunch, then Laverde and Lever.
He said Wright was very good in a terrible team , who's skills were poor and even though they didn't kick it to him properly he still found plenty of the ball for a big man and is a marking machine.
Wright plays for my local club the Calder Cannons and there one of the best teams every year and played in the TAC cup grand final this year so I'm not sure we're the bad team comes from?

Also thanks for Hogan Mr ScullyWhy the AFL did not bring a team to Tasmania is just a joke they would fill a 35,000 stadium from round one down there. Western Sydney is no chance in the next ten years of being a AFL club with soccer up there now it could be the biggest fail in AFL history.

As a paid up member I'm thinking this is the worst draw I have seen. The MCG is our home and the AFL send us to that crap hole at the docklands makes me sick. The MCG is our ground Gillon you @@""

My man will be grimes to really take his game to another level he needs a good run at pre season to really spend time kicking and hitting targets. Jack has great leadership but must lead by impacting games and not costing our team goals with bad kicking. Jack will rise this season

This is just my view on not taking a risk as the strong boys are 9 times out of 10 the safe bet with the likes of hodge, wines,Martin, cunnington and viney the safe way to go. The outside type is the cream you go for later in my view. I'm just thinking of playing safe with such high picks. Hogan was a great pick as he is a bull and I would take him over Martin in the mini draft as hogan is just a safe way to go.That's the wrong lesson to learn I reckon Jim. There is plenty of examples of clubs taking the skinny frame early and getting it right. Freo with Stephen Hill comes to mind straight away.

our ruck coach is Greg Stafford and I also think we need someone to help the forwards but Chris Dawes and brad miller would be pretty good for the young guys. I hope that we get the OX down in a part time role.Had a look at our coaching panel and it is:
What interested me there isn't someone with forward line play/coaching experience. (Our website said Mcpherson played in defence/midfield for the Swans). I think we recruited a part-time ruck coach but couldn't find him in the 'Staff' listing so the ruck part is covered, if he is still with us.
No disrespect to our coaching team but I wonder whether we need another forward coach to work with McPherson as our coaching team looks a bit weak in that area. I for one would like to see another experienced, forward coach (but i don't want to see all the ex Geelong players follow McCartney to the Dees).

I'm no draft expert but one thing I have learned from my time in football is to always go for the bulls. Macartin and brayshaw tick that box.
No skinny frame kids please go for the big strong guys. Pick 2&3 are a must get right this draft

Good luck to him but thankful he is not at my club anymore

Very happy that my comment got the great man up on the banner and everyday I come on demonland for a read I feel proud to be a demon member when I see the great robbie flower up on the banner. I have never met such a humble champion like tulip. Will miss talking to the great man at the games next year. When I saw robbie at games he always had time to stop and chat. What a champ and gentlemen
