All this ‘Dangerwoodlett’ crap has me getting behind the Hawks today which makes me feel quite dirty. Anyone else have a similar sentiment?

They’re just not very good. Won a flag off the back of some very good pressure football but have since lost several key players. What’s their development programs like? They’ve got Boyd and Shache, number 1 and 2 draft pick key forwards running around in the Magoo’s. A few cultural issues of late would’ve set them backwards too no doubt but I don’t think Bevo is the catalyst or to blame for any of that.

SAme as last year. They struggle to make decisions to nullify opposition surges. Goodwin looked stunned last night with nothing to put in place.

As Goodwin stated earlier this year, the Hogan going back to WA/trade talk is inevitable and will pop up in one way or another every single year.

I just can’t fathom why some people even bother to post such disruptive comments following a win. What are you looking to achieve?

I don’t want to hijack a training thread considering there’s a dedicated Weideman thread already however, I don’t agree with your supposition regards him playing his ‘natural’ position as a forward and potentially negatively affect his development. He’s a growing lad and will at times be called into a ruck contest, probably more than Hogan and Tmac going forward. Also beneficial to give him some one-on-one work under a high ball even if it is only from a throw up.

How can he be only driving a crappy old Ford Territory with the coin he’s on? Think Tom McDonald needs to have a word to him.

Based on Goodwins strike rate in this area of knowledge, Hogan will be out for a month.
