What was your excuse?
Yep it would take me one and a half hours via a public transport to get to Marvel. Driving would take probably the same, plus paying $40 for parking is not on my agenda. I only just finished work for the day. Itās a ridiculous time.

What was your excuse?
Will be watching on TV tonight as there is no possible way for me to make it to Marvel at 7:10pm on a Friday night.

Who wins the flag from here?
I am going to go Carlton because this is what the AFL wants, and just like last year with the Pies, what the AFL wants the AFL gets. Brisbane will [censored] the bed again in finals.

TRAINING: Thursday 1st August 2024
That's adorable. Also great news for Tmac and his wife who are expecting their third child after the sad loss of their baby earlier this year. Rainbow babies are very special.

Christian Petraccaās 2024 Season Ending Injuries
It is, which is why anyone delusional enough to think he could play again this year needs to put those thoughts to bed. He is listed as āindefiniteā for a very good reason. There are no guarantees of when he will return to AFL.

Christian Petraccaās 2024 Season Ending Injuries
Which is to be expected after not one but two internal organs had to be operated on. He is coming off a much better base than most and will be back to his best physical self soon enough. Itās the mental side of things that will be much harder to ātrainā I think.

Caleb Windsor Could Miss the Rest of 2024
Ummm no he wouldnāt. He has a serious injury and heās lucky to have avoided surgery. Most players miss weeks if not months with this type of injury.

On this day in 2011
My Facebook āmemoriesā reminded me of this day with a status update that simply read āFML why do I support Melbourneā Facebook is just a great way to remember what an embarrassing human you were in youth.

Caleb Windsor Could Miss the Rest of 2024
When one door closed⦠I would love to see us try Bowey or Howes on the wing in Windsorās absence. It would be easy to plonk Hunter back in there, but it wonāt achieve much right now.

Caleb Windsor Could Miss the Rest of 2024
Might be a blessing in disguise, as it will give him a few extra weeks off after a very demanding season where he probably played more games than anyone imagined.

Oliver Trade Rumours
Tom Morris is like a defective parrot. He only knows how to repeat the same thing over and over again.

First quarter centre square stuff
Correct, and which part of that do you disagree with? Their best players played better for longer. That is usually where games are won and lost. Our best players IMO are Gawn, Trac, Clarry, May and Lever. Gawn is clearly struggling with his broken leg, Trac isnāt there, Clarry isnāt at his best for a variety of reasons including his fitness, May was struggling (reported to be under a cloud pre game- not sure how true), and Lever had a below average game. Certainly in a 2 point loss, the margin for error is so small that everything matters, but especially how well your best players perform.

First quarter centre square stuff
Did I say thatās why we didnāt win? I was answering a question regarding our midfield performance in the last quarter. Can you tell me which āexcuseā as you call it, you disagree with?
