Vikes win with no score from the offense. All defensive and special teams points today. Id say bradford is in next week. Jacksonville look a lot better and so does oakland its good to see that some teams have hopefully turned the corner. Cleveland look to be typical cleveland and KC came back from 21 points down.

Ok back for tips good luck to you all. Green bay Pittsburgh Minnesota Dunno why im tipping the vikes but its probably due to it being a hatd first round.

Thanks for the info on bradford lads. Our O line is terrible which is why at times teddy has been below par. Unfortunately i can see bradford getting hurt at some point this year. I dont mind the trade though. A first round pick and a conditional fourth round pick is fi e by me. We have plenty of picks next year from other teams to get back into the first round if we need to.

Dont know what to make of the bradford trade. I mean he is better then shaun hill but im more worried that teddy may have some serious leg problems not just the ACL. Some reports said that it was close to a snapped leg. The nathan brown injury is how it read to me. The medico's are more worried about tendants and nerve damage then the ACL. So does anyone know what to expect from bradford? Also a big thanks to macca for running the tipping comp again. Its a lot of fun and bloody hard.

Yeah I know it was only pre season but all of his plays were downfield throws of 20+ yards. The plan was to throw deep and run with AP opening up big plays with the play action passing game. This year will remind of the Christian Ponder era where we pass the ball not for yards but just to give AP a rest.

Maybe we go for Sanchez or weeden from Dallas.

Remember Shaun hill? Pretty sure he was a ram for a while. It's all good my life is over but I'm fine.

Bridgewater done with a possible ACL at practice. Anyone got a spare QB I could borrow?

Been moving house so haven't been able to keep up with everything. Romo hurt again is not much of a shock. Is weeden still their back up? I'll post my predictions during the week as of now I think Oakland, Pittsburgh, and the Jets will be good and those packers look fit and firing again. Vikes O line is still a mess so I'm not so confident this year.

Read on bleacher report that tee mason was seen doing training drills out the front of his mother's house. He told reporters he won't attend training camp and he has had some run ins with police in the off season.

Hanging for the season to start. At the moment I'm soaking in all the attention the vikes are getting on NFL network as a contender. I don't think we are better then Carolina,Seattle,Arizona or Green Bay at their best. New stadium looks great and I think Atlanta are building a new shiny stadium as well.

Can't get into college ball. With the offense usually being run very differently to the pro's it kinda looks like a 20/20 version of the NFL. I may be wrong as I don't watch too much of it. I see the buc's are getting a lot of heat for trading up in the 2nd round for a kicker. Dunno if they needed to use a 2nd round pick on him. From the little I've heard he is a good kicker but a 2nd round pick? Nah not for me.

Totally agree with dan about the jags. Their defense just got so much better and their first round pick last year Dante flower is back after a pre season ACL. They could jump up big this year. Vikes did ok. Treadwell is the type of receiver we need not super quick but tall and can get those 10-20 yard throws that teddy is good at executing. We got the German receiver "Mobo" in the sixth round. After watching AP highlights on you tube he decided to give football a go and now he is a Viking good on him. Everyone else happy with what their teams got?

Big pay days don't last that long. Can't spell or pronounce his first name "Suh" went from Detroit to Miami as a DT on QB money. I think his contract has been restructured already.

Denver have been so good in recent free agency periods. Not quite sure how they are going this year. Maybe Kap comes in behind that defence and provides a spark but if Kap's salary is guaranteed from San Fran he is an expensive gamble. Osweiler gets his chance to shine or join the squillions of other backups who show a bit and then get over paid by desperate teams.

If you can find trouble in Cleveland you can find it anywhere. He can play but he isn't a superstar and he hasn't given himself enough game time to prove if he is a genuine starter. I think Fisher could manage to make Brady look bad. Seriously a new coach in tinsletown would go down well. A few on ESPN are calling him the luckiest coach in the NFL.

Johnny football is in real strife now. Lol I actually wanted the vikes to draft him.

Been fricken busy lately but I watched the game and I did enjoy the defensive style of game it was. Obviously the Broncos pass rush was outstanding considering Cam can run. Denver forced 3rd and longs and the biggest thing I got out of cam was his over throwing of the ball especially in the 1st half and in 2nd half he was throwing it way too low and flat. He has a rocket of a arm but his throws were too hot for his receivers to get hold of it. The other moment that stuck out in my mind was the challenge in by Carolina to have a dropped catch over turned. It was a clear catch and multiple replays showed it but the ruling stood. It makes no sense to me.

The pro bowl is god awful. 133 players rejected the offer to attend. Teddy Bridgewater got a gig. I love teddy but he didn't deserve a pro bowl spot. I was hoping San Diego would stay leaving one team in L.A. The raiders could end up at Broadmeadows they seem that desperate to go anywhere.

NFL
Well it seems I know jack squat. Denver's pass rush was the real deal and manning did what he had to do. The difference in the SB is Cam can run. Do Denver and their D line try to contain cam in the pocket or do they pass rush him?

NFL
been away for a bit but no surprise we are at the point of another New England Super Bowl. Gotta respect them but a Carolina/Arizona vs somebody else would be good to watch. Denver are close but can the ageing manning out play and out smart the pats? I don't think so. If Denver can get some turn overs with the awesome pass rush they may have a chance but Brady is used to a bad O line and he doesn't hold onto the ball too long. Arizona and Carolina I don't have much of a clue about. Pats 27 Denver 9 Carolina 17 Arizona 21

The Giants Job looks to be the best job to get. I'm with you on Hue. He will have maybe a season and bit to totally turn around a sinking and dysfunctional franchise. If he can't find instant results with either a old free agent QB or a Rookie QB he will be fired and join the pile of fired Browns coaches. The last AFC north coach to get fired that wasn't from cleveland was Brian Billick from the Ravens. Browns have had 5 coaches since '08. I hope Hue Jackson succeeds good luck to him.

Sorry gorgoroth I didn't mean to add sprinkles to the [censored] news bout the Rams I won't be hating on them. I should've explained its more on the Lakers and Yankees. Does this make a St.louis Jersey a collectors item now? $$$

The vikes were my first American team I followed so after the 90's era of nba where I just liked every superstar I got on the wolves as well. I wouldn't be happy if my team moved especially to a big market like LA. I like the smaller market teams usually because there are a lot of band wagon fans here in Oz. If I see a bloke with a Titans jeresey or a Washington wizards jeresey you know they are real fans. Might just be the Melbourne in me that always hates/envies the bigger clubs.
