He 'parted ways' with Essendon in 2014. Think he plays in the WAFL now.

Weideman is far more exposed without Hogan in the side. Pedo should come in this week so that Weideman can have a couple of weeks plying his trade as the number one target up forward for Casey.

Good bump. I'd upgrade 'solid' to 'electric'. Hunt is coming along very, very nicely.

TEAM SELECTION AND MATCH PREVIEW - ROUND 4
Little Richard replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
He's been at the club for 10 years I believe (?), and has trained against two AA ruckmen in that time in Gawn and Jamar - no doubt he's picked up some tips along the way. Spence is obviously not the most graceful or coordinated player and his kicking remains suspect but he'll always have a serious crack and is genuinely aggressive. His tap work is also underrated and if he can hold his own against Sandilands and come close to splitting the hitouts, it'll go a long way to getting us the win. I think we'll get up by something around 6 goals too. -
2016 Player Review - # 30 Alex Neal-Bullen

If they all kicked a few goals we'd kick 66 goals in a match, so I really hope that happens. -
A week ago the Dockers were total pox. It'll be interesting to see if they can continue their form against the Dogs, which really relied on that outside run, or whether it was simply a one off performance. I think we'll be too strong around the ball for them even without Max.

The Petracca v McCartin debate reprised

Hope you're not still talking about Greene. -
He has a stronger set of hands these days. I think he'll surprise a few with his effectiveness up forward and around the ground and he did kick 3 goals in one of our JLT matches.

His different running style makes his movement look more clunky, but his acceleration is fantastic. -
Sun Tzu reincarnate.

Devastating blow, but Spencer will be a solid replacement IMO. He's been waiting for this chance for a long time and his endeavour and aggression can't be knocked. #penciltime is now trending on twitter.

Winner!

Fielding calls from Peter Jackson, Winfield and Marlboro at the moment. The bidding war has begun.

Consistency will come with experience and maturity. He's going to be a phenomenal player, there's no doubt about it. We have a wealth of players around that 20 game mark who are performing far better than expected at this stage of their careers, and Petracca is one of them. -
Neal-Bullen has been great, can't drop him. We don't need wholesale changes, just Spencer to come in for Gawn and possibly Pedo for one of Weideman or Smith.

Just because a festival is sold out, doesn't mean it's difficult to get tickets at the last second. Jesse probably had a mate who had a spare one, or picked one up off FB. To infer that he'd planned to go to this festival on a day when he should have been playing against Geelong in Melbourne, before the fact, is ridiculous.

That was when we relied on Jones to help us keep the losing margin to a respectable 60-70 points.

I don't think it would be as bad as it might have been in recent years. Seeing teams like Geelong and Richmond at times not even competing for ball ups around the ground but still winning the contested ball and clearances is a reasonable indicator of that. If Spencer did go down too, Pedersen and Watts would probably rotate, with maybe Declan Keilty a chance to come in and help out in that department. But yeah, I wish Max wasn't injured.

He's been chomping at the bit for so long and has played reasonably well when given the opportunity. Big pencil will come out firing.
-
I don't think the footage would even exist if it was Pedo.

Sounds as though there was a fair reason that Bernie wasn't on yesterday. Had his foot stomped on early on and his toenail was completely ripped off. At one stage at the start of third quarter his sock was full of blood, and he's had a procedure to fix it. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2017-04-09/vince-nailed-after-having-foot-stomped-on

It was a shocker, but aside from that ANB played a very solid game. His form this year has been pleasing and I bet he's stoked after putting in the hard yards in the VFL last year. Will kick himself if they review that footage though!
