Maybe, I hope so......
I used to love the SCG game with all the Anzac traditions.
It was the only game I could get to given my health problems and I am very disappointed we are losing that.
(although I do realise that I am being very selfish!!!)
Hopefully we can see u there in 2008 QC

And that aspect pisses me off no end  !!!
We used to get that as free entry for NSW members. Will it now be free adm at Manuka?

Well written, WJ

That's the important bit.
I remember watching the dees train at wang when they came up for the community camp preseason. They split into groups to play tempo footy and run and carry. It was cr@p no-one had a clue especially about where to position themselves. They continued this throughout the season proper. In 2006 we were the best tackling team, we moved the ball fast and barely lost at the G. Why change this? We effectively had the same personnel now (more experienced) so we could finish in the finals again in 08.

Definite no. The Dogs should take him, they're trying to win the 2008 flag and couldn't get a KPF in trades.
Agree old. Mark, kick, goal. Dogs need someone to help jonno. We have many options.
-
he's an outside midfielder.. ( with plenty of courage ). he needs some space. He plays the link man to perfection..leave him there.
Agree play in TJ's role. Kick into F50.
-
He brings with him a wealth of playing experience in the backline area.
What d u think, shall we make him the forwardline coach now we've got him where we want him?
Would be excellent of him to discuss how backs play the forwards!
-
Rivers is a gun defender. but he is best suited to a lose roll. We need a big man like a D Glass. IF we had him and Chopper taking the 2nd foward and rivers lose we'd have a great backline.
I'd like to see PJ played down back, he is tall and agile for his size. Possibly FB but More likely CHB. Wheatley taking the kickouts and white/PJ taking the mark. Perhaps 1 of them could run forward to stretch the defence?

Didak, Pendlebury and Pick 14 for Pick 4?
Wouldn't matter how good the deal is, not sure I could stomach helping them get Judd....
We would be already out of the running for Judds services if we are to trade with pick 4. We could benefit if another club wants to gain Judd.
-
there could be a great demand for pick 4 from a club who is trying to secure the judd trade... carlton, collingwood and essendon will all be looking for another top selection if judd wants to go to their club... one that comes to mind is Carlton trading Fevola for pick 4... carlton supporters may say that fev is worth more than pick 4, probably true, but if they need it to secure Judd, then it still could happen...
We could always ask a collingwood for a player/s that Bailey feels that we need and swap 1st round picks with them?
-
so assuming the winner of the SS goes straight to the GF?
Didnt the final five come in in the early 70's?
-
Is my first trade deal a feasible one?
Pick 20 would be about right. Would like a player from the dogs with leg speed.

You sound like a Judge.
Quiet! or I will hold you in contempt!

Just thinking about the new spots on the list and wondering what people think of the sandy players as rookies/mature age rookies. I was very impressed by Stefan Martin when on the ABC v Coburg. He seemed to have more mobility than Neaves. I have also heard other speak highly of Valenti. Perhaps they would suit a teaching/Developmental coach. Any thoughts?

Bruce will not be traded. I think that he is still contracted for another two seasons. We cant afford to pay that out.
-
We've fielded a more inexperienced side than you throughout the year and made the finals..
Seriously doubt that Old X. We must have played more. We have 7 players with less than 10 games this season. And another 5 with less than 30 games.

Chris Judd!

Goodvibes
A very well thought out opinion of list management. I welcome a mix of experience and youth in the team and IMHO this year has shown us that we are not in a position to delist all those over 30, bar Neita, White and Jmac. Our young players will improve with time and I believe your view is a particularly good one.

The only forward that I can think of that is built like him is Westhoff but he is younger and has more upside than ferg.
-
we will be fortunate that there isnt a send off rule in place ATM!
-
Neitz is now too old for that caper. However a player with height and agility such as PJ may fit the bill at CHB or CHF?
-
mine would be sheedy or williams from sandy
Sheedy-Ratten
