  1. Would like a couple [censored] in our side TBH.
  2. I don't know either. Whenever we played collingwood Gawn would give Grundy a lesson.
  3. We all know drugs are a scourge on society. So lets make them more accessible. Giddy up.
  4. 1. Easy to obtain if you're happy to deal with "seedy crims in back alleys." What if you're not? Just nick down the shops .... Easy as. 2. Some people can handle a dabble here and there. Many can't and go full blown. Same with alcohol.
  5. Which would solve the supply problem entirely. Which would create more addicts ... Legally.
  6. Yeah, great strategy .... Not. I don't wanna be waking the streets or on the roads full of trippin' zombies.
  7. If he's dumb enough to be doing whatever he's doing in public and being able to be filmed doing so. Stuff him.
  8. I've felt sick every time I saw a flag won that wasn't ours. Even in ours I was feeling crook early in the 3rd.
  9. Ready to maximise his income. Take that how you will.
  10. All fine and dandy when the ball comes in high and slow. Low and fast and we're in all sorts.
  11. Yep ... And the opposition all learnt that isn't the way to beat us. Run at us and go forward low and fast cause the backline are panic merchants. Worked a charm last year.
  12. Excuses, excuses on our own dung heap.
  13. 8goal Adelaide 1st qtr. The 2nd and 3rd quarter was some of the best footy I'd ever seen us play till then. Then we choked in the last. A very Melbourne game. Talk about roller coaster of emotions. I was devo. I'll always remember watching Trapper interviewed after the game. He was the happiest loser I'd ever seen.
  14. Dunno if you call this significant.
  15. Doggas a different personality to everyone.
  16. Would love it if he stays. But get the feeling he's going. But the pessimism is still strong in me. Jackson certainly didn't help it. One of Kozzies best mates at the club.
  17. Yep .... I'd wouldn't want him hangin' with the players after hrs.
  18. Which is why I expect more dysfunction in the forward line and panic in the backline when the ball comes in low and quick.
  19. I saw. I clicked. I realised I'd been had. I'm happy about that.
  20. I could call you hypersensitive to comments criticising soccer. And let's face it, the game and supporters provide plenty of ammo. People don't sing because they're engrossed in the game. They sing cause they're bored and passing time till that magical 2 seconds when the ball actually goes in .... If it does at all. Then you've got all the diving and acting from the stars of the game which seems an accepted part of the sport. The last full game of soccer I saw was the world cup with aussies in one of the finals and that Italian cheat took a dive in the penalty box with 30seconds to go and was treated like a hero. I was done right there and then.
  21. Correct. You've barely got time to yell "BALLLL" before play has moved on and something else is happening to yell at 😅
  22. There's no way aussie rule fan would sing for the entire game. Far too much relentless action for that and the game moves on quickly. Soccer fans may as well sing "Boring .... Boring" for an hr and a half. Cause that's what they're actually doing when they sing their songs. Same with the flares. No entertainment on the ground. May as well bring their own.
  23. For a tiny clip up there Grundy looked like he was moving well.
  24. Funny how people see different things. My thoughts are her skills are probably the best in the side but decision making is suspect. I saw alot of handballs go to someone less than a meter away who'd then fumble and get pounced on though Hanks is not the Lone Ranger for that. I try to like the womens game but as a spectacle it's mostly awful with flashes of competence here and there. But it is getting better.
