This always amazes me. I watched one full game this weekend I have little idea who played well in other games. One assumes the selectors watched all games. It is possible someone played better than Hogan.

Hind sight is always wonderful sue. The fact remains he made a decision to play in a way that has produced similar results in the past. IMO it was a poor decision if he does not know by now that those shots are his poor suit he never will.

When he first got the ball the MFC player was in the square with no Dogs player for 20 metres. Simple pass over the top and a goal.

Me too Sir I thought he was the difference He tore holes in the Dogs plans. The kid can play I shake my head when I consider that was his eighth game and a less number of four quarter games.

Hardtack there was a kid yesterday called Brayshaw who did exactly that in the last. Much praise has been heaped on some players in the last and rightly so but IMO it was Brayshaw that was the trump player in the last quarter. IMO he tore the Dogs to shreds.

The game went for another 2 minutes after he decided to take a shot. Why is it that Bail thinks he can kick goals from a standing position in front? His results so far in that same position are woeful. Yes I am not a fan. He actually played well yesterday IMO even though the stats do not support it. Kicking for goal is not his strong suit
