You know what they say about bad kicking. We were playing a team that had lost nine on the trot, this was close behind Essendrug as our worst performance for the year. I am bitterly disappointed it that effort. We were clearly out played by Carlton they got the points and we did not.

No answer to your "do you still beat your wife" question Mr. Shadow. The simple fact is we swapped Howe for Kennedy. One is playing at AFL level and the other at Casey and he seems destined to stay there or he would have played last week in place of Garlett. We lost on this deal no big loss but a loss just the same.

It is not any of those we replaced Howe with Mr. Shadow. it is Mr Kennedy.

He could not get a regular game at Collingwood there was a reason for that. He is your classic Too good for VFL not good enough for AFL. With Garlet out you would imagine he would have been the replacement after great form for Casey. But no they gave his spot to a bloke who has played twice this year with poor results. Makes me think the FD don't think he is much either.

And he is so far in front of all the other possibilities he cannot hear the band Mr. Leg. If he is not retained for 2017 I will be extremely annoyed.

Not IMO Howe was a useful player who can hold down a position at AFL level. Kennedy is too short and cannot. We lost on this one.

I like a lot of other supporters started believing our own BS. Quite obviously we are still some ways off a finals team. However I started the year believing that ten wins would be a good result for the year and we have achieved that level. Admittedly losing a couple of games I thought that we certainties and winning a couple I thought we would lose. I am not unhappy with the total result for 2016. However I am unhappy that on a number of occasions this year IMO We did not pick the team with the best chance of winning. Now some will say we are giving players games to get them used to the game at AFL level which I guess is acceptable if in 2017 those players help produce wins. But after a decade of crap. This morning brings the news that the head of that European IOC has been arrested in Rio for being involved in a ticket selling scam. Hardly a surprise I guess but I think it is time this organisation was disbanded it is now reached the stage of high farce.

As I understand it hardtack if you have played a senior game you must then have played a min. of six games at Casey. I think right now he has four games and with only two remaining a senior game will disqualify him from finals at Casey. That assumes the seniors are not playing finals

If he plays a senior game now he will not be able to play finals with Casey as I understand the rules.
