Prefer to see it as a realistic approach. When i think we can win i say it when I dont think we will win I say that too. At this stage of our development I think the Dogs have a superior team.

You know that is crap wiseblood. I tipped us to win ten last year and 13 this year. I know it is difficult for some to see when we are playing a superior side but give a go.

Between 2012 and 2013 we played fearless football every week. There was no fear we would get the ball very often. No fear of bruises. No fear we would trouble the scorer more than twice in the first half of a game. No fear we would win. I hope we dont return to that era of fearless football.

But the pie prices are lower bb.

I looked at the two teams this morning and I find it difficult to see us winning this game. They are a tried and true combination that are fresh from winning the GF and while I expect our team is better than last year I don't see that a lot of the kids are capable at this stage of beating their Dog opponents. Sadly the Dogs by 6+ goals if we put in a four quarter effort.

I understand the excitement of watching new recruits at this time of the year it infects us all to some extent especially after the crap Dees supporters have been through over the last decade. However it is that dancing with your sister time of the year. Lets see how Maynard and others look when the real stuff starts.

Probably not the right spot but my second sporting love is Basketball. I feel a little joy after my team was replaced by a soccer team i.e. melbourne united. The regular season finished on the weekend and MU has missed the finals for the third year in a row. Oh joy! I hope that makes the Tigers return one year closer.
