Below is the result from my investigation 2008 7 2009 6 2010 2 2011 7 with 4 games to go. So this year we are equal to our bottom out year and we still have 4 games to go, sunday could easily add another. looks stark against last year. What it clearly says to me is that we have gone backwards in a big way. To have as bad a year as 2008 is amazing. Any thoughts?

Redleg you will probably get 4000 supporters of the team they are playing. I might go to sydney to see the dees play them. I might have some chance of seeing a win and see how TS goes with them! Sorry could not help myself.

Strong words Jack I would agree with only one problem. The AFL will pour money into this for 20+ years At the expense of Melbourne based teams like North, Tigers. Dees etc. It will get up even if they have to lose a couple of Victorian teams in the process.

I doubt he will have any impact of the type we need before 2014 at the earliest ( if he makes it ) In the mean time we have approx 70 games of football to win. We need a strong seasoned player to help win a large share of that 70 games. having a forward line full of kids will not get it done over the next 3 years. A 30 year old Barry Hall is exactly what we need while the kids develop.
