  1. The only problem with DC getting the Krishna valve is that he would end up dancing and chanting around Burwood with his underpants over his robe. Not a classy look for a melbourne supporter. BTW. No one wanted my former slaves. Days of carrying me around in my custom made palanquin wore them out.
  2. So you exclude all my mates ( term used loosely) but leave the door open for Biff's drughead associates from the Gat. Next thing you'll be contacting Mr. Danks and getting a preloaded valve.
  3. I was also going to suggest avoiding those that had od'd. However, I then considered that OD himself might be reading this thread and could take offence. In any event, DC appears to be choosy do you think he would accept a christian bit? I not used to this notion of helping others.
  4. Any possible donors at The Gat Biff?
  5. Ha Ha. Nice one.
  6. I hope it's not one of those old worn out "Blue rinse" porkers that voted for Jeff.
  7. Glad to hear you're OK OD. However, if you were in another dimension upward there would be better things to do than watch the dees. If you were in another dimension downward, watching the dees would be the equivalent of eternal damnation.
  8. If worst comes to worst DC, perhaps one of my "lads" would make the ultimate sacrife and donate a valve. No guarantees of course.
  9. Fair point. That is uplifting literature.
  10. You are beyond help you sad poor bastard.
  11. Worried about sensible content on this thread? Well I'm just returned from the Myanmar frontier. By god it was tough going at the headwaters of the Irrawaddy. No decent red wine to be found, the Mandalay Golf Club was in poor order and the coolies couldn't wave the fans fast enough to keep me cool. The Kyber Pass would have been a better choice. BTW. Did Biffen make it back? He came up here chasing cheap drugs to onsell at the Gatwick. Doubt he made it beyond the "pinga pongas" in Thailand.
  12. I do miss "the lads" but they have many cousins in Bangkok - the camel toe family. Fox hunts are passe here - there are many endangered species to blast away at.
  13. Just a quick note from the old colony lads. Internet is very quirky but I managed to get the news of another dees loss- somethings never change. I'm up in the highlands at the moment so the temperature is very pleasant. Have organised a boatman and will cruise Inlay lake shortly. The natives all seem to be jolly good fellows and they certainly like we typical Australians. People are constantly stopping to look at me and laugh happily. The alpacas would it.
  14. How shittey is my life? I support both the MFC and the ALP.
  15. I'm afraid the Spring Carnival wont be the same if it clashes with the Alpaca show. Get with the strength. That phrase conjujres up images that even Biffen would blanch at. I imagine there will be a few organ players already on hand.
  16. Good work. The only problem with multiple vehicles is that Lordweaver won't be able to lead prayers on root (as it were). Maybe we could all have a service at Wattle Park beforehand? Anyway, we can sleep on the finer details.
  17. Like your thinking DC but a convey of 4WD's would be preferable to a common bus. Hummers if possible. Althiough I'm not sure they'd have the wheelchair access that some D'landers would require.
  18. Yes. Can do the drizabone - although the "lads" have been sleeping on it. You will need to find a suitably weather beaten akubra but I'm glad you're prepared to make an effort. BTW. Don't let it slip you're from Borwood.
  19. As OD is aware I'm heading overseas on Sunday. So I'm just going to leave this little prewarning note for all to consider and put in the diary. "Bendigo has been chosen to host the prestigious 2013 Australian Alpaca Association (AAA) National Show & Sale at the Bendigo Exhibition Centre from October 10 to -13, 2013" Details will be online. However, this is an ideal opportunity for many of the uncouth types who post on Demonland to mix in refined company and (possibly) gain some couthness. DC take note - you need it. Stuie , you won't get past the gate. Lordweaver perhaps a psalm or two may help. Moon - no hope. Song - don't admit to being a teacher. OD, perhaps if WYL wheels you in you may get a concession entry. Redleg - bananas will do you no good. WJ - I'll get you a free pass if you exempt me from Biffen's fate at the Gatwick next time I insult someone. I haven't got all night so I hope the rest of you get the "vibe" of how prestigious and selective this event is, compare yourself to the group above, and decide whether or not you are worhty participants. BTW. As for the loon from WA. Bribery is your only (very faint) hope. No forget it, stay home and don't embarrass yourself.
  20. Sane?. Not sure about that OD.
  21. BTW. Today is Basil Rathbone's birtday so i'm going to watch "Hound of the Baskervilles" Good night.
  22. Nah! That's the cockroaches OD.
  23. I had them offered to me at a roadside stall in Malaysia. I politely declined (although they did look crunchy) and stuck to the warm beer.
  24. Well we should be OD and we we need be particularly suspicious of blokes who come from Burwood. Edit missing word
  25. Yes. We need to become all embracing.
