Yeah Ed just went on a rant. It was a kick not a trip. Which is what I thought. When did the kick get taken out?

Just turned on my tv and goody is on footy classified with hird, Ed & Tom morris. Wonder if goody will ask Tom about his lever story. I really don't want to watch so if anyone has can you do a quick debrief

So lever came out yesterday & said he wasn't angry with being dropped. He was more disappointed in his own form. Said he doesnt know where it came from & he wants to stay at melbourne obviously. Lever is one of those people with a mature head on his shoulders & goody would have had the conversation with him.

It's Clayton's 200th saturday night

Look you can tell how much the players loved him after they got around him yesterday after his 200th game as coach. It's just frustrating because after 21 we've achieved nothing. But I'm sick of getting new coaches so it will be interesting to see what happens. I'm assuming he'll be there for his final season before he comes out of contract but he'll be under so much pressure

Just watched the incident again. Xerri was no more trying to tackle than Maynard was trying to smother. He had the open arm & not an action of someone wanting to lay a tackle.

The thing with xerri was he was so focused & distracted on max he forgot to play his own game which worked well for us. 7 disposals & 1 mark is all he did. My highlight was just after the sparrow incident viney was fighting with xerri. He was hanging off him. Just love how viney sticks up for his teamates but I do wonder if sometimes he suffers from small man syndrome

He has a great mentor there in jones to help him. I'm not sure what to think. Yes he kicked a telling goal, but he fumbled & only had 7 disposals. If he gets a full pre season behind him, no injuries then I'll judge him next season, but he'll have to do something or else his career could be over quickly.

I'm not sure if it's because I haven't seen us play live but I really enjoyed the game today. Maybe because we kicked straight, melksham put on a show & we put the foot on the pedal & won well.
