  1. Lol list balance. I get what you're saying mate, but Prestia averages high 20s in disposals and is quick. His disposal averages have risen every season he's played. Someone that can win that much of the ball at this level and shows obvious leadership qualities would add a great deal to our team and midfield. Would give up our first rounder every day of the week.
  2. I'd be throwing $750k at Dixon and offering Jesse $1m at the start of 2016, but that's just me.
  3. Ultimately, I'd take Bennell, Dixon and Prestia, but I suspect we won't have enough currency to get that done. So maybe just Dixon and Prestia. :D Imagine Hogan and Dixon. Wow. I'd offer him Dawes-like money and a five year deal.

McDonald's a backman, but wouldn't be against throwing him forward for a week to get a bit of confidence back.
  5. So if people are shying from O'Meara, does that make people concerned about Prestia?
  6. Yep. We need more top end quality. We need more potential/legitimate A graders.
  7. Still soooo shallow. We need 10 or so A-B graders who can rotate through there. We don't.
  8. Yep, spot on. I'd prefer Prestia and/or Coniglio. They are the types we should be after.
  9. It's covered up their deficiencies. He can carry a team, by simply dominating games.
  10. People talk of Yarran's elite kicking, but he can be pretty hit and miss IMO.
  11. Would prefer Jetta over Yarran too.
  12. Not as much as they once were.
  13. How does Bennell work for everyone?
  14. I'd certainly take Dixon, but the injury history is a concern.
  15. Well, hang on. The Brayshaw one doesn't work for me either, because he's played every game. McRae hasn't been getting games.
  16. Playing against the worst team in the comp. No thanks.
  17. Do we know that? McRae isn't a once in a generation KPF.
  18. 1. Offer him $500,000. 2. He says he wants to go for more money. 3. They say no, but the seed has been planted. Maybe I'm still recovering from last night.
  19. Give them something to think about.
  20. Very interesting to hear that. Treloar is just as good as Shiel, IMO. I wonder what they're thinking. Have you heard whether it's in line with Shiel's deal?
  21. Get Jack McRae. Gun. Okay, so he might have defensive deficiencies, but they can be worked on. Absolute ball magnet. Luke hasn't been playing him much at the Dogs. We should be approaching him now with a nice little package.
  22. He doesn't try to overkick them. That's his secret. That last goal against Richmond in the pocket was a perfect example. Not an easy angle, but made it look easy.
  23. Robbo mentioned it. Roos started off by insinuating they weren't that similar and then by the end of the conversation, he said there were similarities (to placate the drunk football writer).
  24. I don't remember anyone saying that. I certainly said his disposal needed to improve if he was going to make it. I stand by that, but I think he's improved it and continues to do so. EDIT. But don't get me wrong. I love him.
