  1. Memory foam is the best
  2. The questions to ask: - What do we have to lose by playing AMW and/or Howes at this point? - What do we gain by not playing them and going to the well again? And alternatively: -What do we gain by playing them?
  3. There's been 100s of conversations on it already.
  4. The ruckundrum continues...
  5. Needs a full pre season and willing to give him time but he's gonna need a lot of it judging by where he is at the moment. As a project I'm still for it but I disliked the strategy then and I dislike it now. Seemed like something a bottom 4 club would do.
  6. If it makes you feel better the people who want him in will likely be defending him for being underdone when we lose.
  7. I'll chuck it into my speakwrite

Heard exactly the same stuff Winners. He went to my secondary school. Unassuming and a good lad.
  9. Think we've got enough of them on here..
  10. Interesting stuff. To be fair there is also going to be different ways of communicating and not every player's preferred method will gel. I remember long after Darren Jolly left he spoke about how Daniher seemed to only care about you if you were in the 1's or something to that effect and it came across as click bait. When you have 22 guys to communicate with week after week it's not unheard of focusing more of your time on them.
  11. You could cut the irony with a Rex Hunt fish cleaning knife.
  12. At the end of the day it's us who are the idiotic morons in their eyes for not instantly accepting things like these and getting on board.
  13. Like gambling, if it's no longer fun just walk away.
  14. Maybe it literally was a starting point?
  15. This is a joke right? Pick 7 and a future first for a 1 time AA?

    99% Great career, 1% brainsnap
  17. I do want to see him get some mid time from now until the end of the season but I do agree to an extent. McVee to the middle and JVR to the ruck for me are the same thing in that they might fill a need but rob us of a vital strength elsewhere.
  18. Definitely out if it's two first rounders.
  19. It's robbing Peter to pay Paul and I know Jacob is a physical player who can handle some punishment but he's valuable merchandise for the future. You don't take your Bentley off-road driving. Imagine if we shut down Max for a few weeks and JVR ends up doing some kind of injury in the ruck which could eat into his pre season. I know we're stuck, I know we have few other options but it would be nice to be non-reckless for a change.
  20. Seriously? Lions and Bombers made more sense. Freo and Port I understand because you want to keep eyes glued to the TV sets. I reckon Dogs and Giants could have been a ripper for Fri night at Marvel, seems strange having the Mars agreement for Round 24.
  21. Imagine if these references got banned? My DL input would drop about 70% overnight.
  22. Can you imagine a world without lawyers?
  23. As a no.1 ruckman attending more than 14% of centre bounces? I'm not sure about that. I think it's taken its toll, looked a bit cooked on Fri night.
  24. I'm actually getting tired of bashing JVR around in the ruck. I know the cupboard is bare but it's actually getting annoying now. If Fullerton is even a bee's diaphragm of ruckman then we should chuck him in. Couldn't be much worse than Petty.
