I took myself as well, no shame in it! Literally everyone I know piked. I think the crowd has very little if any impact on the result but I just hate the way it looks on prime time TV viewing and to the other King dic clubs who love to sink it in. It's a bad look on a Sat night and I can't imagine why we'd be demanding these time slots if we don't at least get 20-25k to a game like this.

What money? There was a time when I might have possibly agreed with this in terms of matches played building match fitness but nowadays getting the miles in the legs early counts. One you miss the boat on pre season it's almost impossible to get it back, especially for a midfielder.

Does anyone understand the rationale for the last centre bounce? I've watched it back 6 times now and can't figure it out. I don't understand why no-one is forward of the bounce, initially I was thinking they were trying to create space for Max to smash the ball into, but he hit it out as if there was a runner that was going to be there and with Oliver starting on the defensive side that runner turned out to be Tom Green. I wish we could get down the ground footage sometimes. Selwood or whoever it was was telling us to look at at the centre with Neal-Bullen pushing to the back side of the square but it wasn't even visable.

What do you want us to say dude? Some of us tried. As for the fight I don't know what you'd want us to say there either, two reasonable sides, one is a very reasonable side and did well when it counted and deserved to win. Could we have pinched it? Sure. Over 80 minutes though we didn't do enough.
