Has just been aquitted. The offender turned out to be his estranged (and hitherto unknown) twin brother Ashley. Apparently separated at birth due to a family breakup and kept secret. But wait for it, an outstanding junior footballer in remote WA who has flown under the recruiting radar. Polly Farmer says best under age kid he has seen since Barry Cable.. This is now a huge dilemma. Do we go for Dale, Lucas or Ashley

His grandmother was interviewed on the weekend and she says recruiters are focussing on the wrong Roberts. Apparently his cousin Lucas a year younger is the the real star in the family by a country mile. Shades of Jetta?

I was talking yesterday to a butcher who knows a teacher at MLC who is friendly with Rosa Storelli's nanny. Apparently she (the nanny) has never heard of Dale Roberts. This is a big concern.
