No change: there’s no one to come in until VIney and Hunt are fit. We lost by 2 points not 60. I think we’ll see a very committed side over the next 8 weeks
-
We’ll beat the cats in week 1

Just life. I learnt a long time ago not to use the MFC for my happiness

He failed to deliver......simple as that

Done $10 then we’ll roll the cats out of the finals

Odds?

It’s a game dude. I’ll bet money we win 4 of the last 5

I’m no apologist. Just don’t rant at a young team and dump years of disappointment on them. We made some stupid mistakes but literally everything went right for Geelong in the last right down to Max’s blood rule. We’ll win the 4 of the last 5 and pump the Cats in the first week of the finals. It’s all set up now.

I’d hate to be relying on any of you in a pressure situation. You go to water much like your team

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 18

I agree the umpiring was poor as it has been on numerous occasions. I also believe Hogan was poor but we don’t blame him for losing. He kicks 2 second half goals and maybe we win. Random hey -

Yeh our loss to PA had nothing to do with our inability as a team to convert our chances. We dominated that game but were totally clumsy going into our 50. You can blame it on 2 or 3 or even 6 bad umpiring decisions. The fact remains we lost that game due to inefficiency. -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 18

You and the other posters fail to recognise the inherent randomness of our great game.Humans constantly make errors. Missed kicks, dropped marks, and yes umpiring decisions. Then there’s the bounce of the ball, the umpires bounce, the ground size and surface, the temperature, the wind, the rain, shadows, sun the stops players use, and a host of other random chaotic events. Singling out umpires mistakes and saying that’s why a team won or lost fails to see the big picture. I hope your life isn’t this narrow -

A bad umpiring decision is the same as a bad bounce of the ball, it happens, it’s not why you win or lose though. That comes down to not being in front when the siren sounds -

Of course we couldn’t beat a bottom side because of the umpires -

Yeh that result had nothing to do with our inability to convert forward 50’s into goals -

Can a conspiracy theorist tell me the last game we lost because of the umpires -

McDonald has to go back and Weideman plays forward. Tyson for Hannan

No he’s not you’re being a drama queen. Explain how a flare up of VIneys toe and Levers ACL at Etihad have anything to do with interstate games?
