Don't blame the kid, the umpires were told to not pay the duck and they continually do. Blame the umpiring department for not fixing it. It is a blight on the game that rewards stagers, actors and cheaters.

Just shows, am watching on a phone and viney to me looked like was getting it but not effectively giving it off. Need to be there or have TV as obviously missing things.

DD I posted this a while ago that because of their cap they will release more talent. We have a good relationship with them and this is probably the last year to get a good player or two as they reduce their list and payments. I think Hurley is looking doubtful and he may be using a few clubs to drive up his price so he gets the maximum and stays with his mates. Also now that we need to trade with Essendon, it has become difficult. Prestia may be gettable, though as I have said, I see bigger needs for us. GWS can provide a player or two who could really add to our list and they would be my first stop.

No doubt that OMac is part of the future, while Dunn and Garland are nearing the end of their AFL careers.

He isn't playing because he hasn't been selected. That doesn't prove he is a better or worse player, as we know selection is not an absolute science. Roos has only recently admitted mistakes in selection. I am just giving my opinion as to who I think is the better player. I am not potting Garland, who has been a great servant of the club. I just think that while it is not a huge difference, we are better with Dunn than Garland.

Well the way I see it is as follows, Dunn is a better kick, longer and more accurate, he is a better mark, is physically stronger, is less intimidated by opponents, is more effective up forward, is prepared to run and take the play on, is quicker and is better on the big guys. Think that is a good start. He was our regular full back and was pretty good over the last few years. To me Garland is a timid flanker being asked to play key position and it is not working.

Might not be the answer, but it's a better result for us. To me Dunn has far more attributes than Garland.

Especially since Dunn had an excellent game for Casey. I think this is another selection mistake.

Max King is a 202 cm, 20 year old forward/ruck, learning his craft and developing physically. He stays, just like Hunt, who so many wanted off the list.

You always need more players than spots to cover injuries. Don't think we will have a massive turnover this year. We have too many new kids who have come in and need time. My guess is 4-6 players at most.
