We had a good run last year!

Sounded great until I heard it's yet another 6 day break!

I was at the game too. I desperately wanted JT to play well and earn another week or 2. He was barely noticeable, was ineffective and yes there were numerous others, but he is now a liability and if he plays this week I fear his opponent could rip us apart such is his lack of speed. The Giants pace is our biggest concern.

I got caught in that traffic too deeoldfart, traffic lights flashing Amber all around the ground , took me an hour to move about 500 metres.... Flashbacks of VFL Park with 80,000! Shocking game day experience all round!

The Jack Trengove Experience is over. Massive fan of his but he cost us several goals yesterday and had no impact whatsoever, I thought it was a very poor performance from someone as experienced, playing for his career

After my nearly 4 hour drive. I had to wait 50 minutes for the bloody printer to work at the main gate to print my ticket! Not sure I'll be back at this venue again in a hurry!

Flew from Melbourne, stayed in St. Helen's with family, took the beautiful 3.5 hour coastal drive to Hobart , life was good. Knew it would be a lacklustre bog ordinary game due to the wind, and sadly my thoughts rang true. I can barely remember half a dozen quality free flowing pieces of play all day. We got smashed in centre clearances at times which was surprising considering we gave been great and North have been ordinary all year We looked like a team that thought they'd done enough at 3/4 time. They outworked us in the last and deserved the win. I disagree with a few in here that we needed to lower our eyes more outside 50..... We needed to kick the bloody ball higher and let the wind carry it 70 metres , instead we looked for short pass options that often went to ground. We often read of young teams tiring in the last few rounds.... Sadly that's exactly how it looked yesterday. Considering what was at stake, we looked cooked, flat as a pancake. The 3 hour drive back to StHelens was not an enjoyable one.

Agreed, good point! I actually thought 27k against Port wasn't a bad result, but it looked like barely 20k to be honest! I was at the G Saturday and it may have looked good on the box but it was one of the worst days for footy I can remember in years. It was blowing a gale and freezing cold. Even J Lewis said he got cold in the last quarter and he was out there running around.

That was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen. Reid had a fistful of Schofields jumper, I don't think Schofield touched him!?

Think he rolled his ankle. He did play out the game but looked sore, likely had a jab to get him through the match.

Hibberd is now in, Jetta being held out by Yeo and Laird . Jet would be the most underrated player in the comp, I think only Dees fans know how important he is.
