IS that Liddle best for Scorps 1's?? Awesome if so. Was in best for 2's last week. Great to see him picking up the form again after a mid-season slump if so. The Davey plan is looking like a goer.

Well done Jordie! He has developed really well and seems a more rounded, slightly pacier version of Valent's. Hopefully we can see him develop even further and give us some highlights over the next 5-10 years.

I'm sick and tired of people laughing when refering to the MFC, when talking about footy each week people not even bothering to talk about MFC games as they are a walk over. Win Win WIN.

What I love about him along with the excitement he brings to the game (potential to take hangers and snag goals out of nothing) he is a fantastic team orientated player. His looking for team mates in better positions is something I can not recall ever seeing from a MFC fwd. It is something you rarely see especially at AFL level but he looks to do the team thing on every occasion.

Really I thought all players on the list were paid there base contract plus $x for senior games and $x for ressie games... Would like to see both Hughes and McKenzie have a run over the end of the season. Show them what AFL is like and see if they can make it to the next level or not.

Yes they are!! Raised Fist are coming out again too!!! THink Oct. I had the pleasure of seeing the Hatebreed/Terror show at the HiFi bar a few years ago. Terror were awesome!!! Can not wait for these few gigs. I suggest you go see the Bronx too, the lead singer is one of the best front men you'll see. Just insanely into his craft. Yea a mate just offered me two tixs to the Specials he can't use now, just the cost is a worry.

So are you saying the stereotyping of us as a bunch of Range Rover driving down hill skiiers is true RR? I have not meet many of that type of supporter in my life as a Dees supporter. Most of the supporters I know are your average folk (mixture of middle class and blue collar types), but then again growing up along the Great Ocean road from good farming stock before moving to Geelong sort of kept me out of the jet set lifestyle.

In my terms? It just makes no sense, the new system I mean HT. THis was designed to have more certainty around penalties for similar infractions yet a headbutt gets one week (with good behaviour haha + early plea) yet, I have seen no clear vision of it yet, Hi-Ho's looks like a "strike" of some kind and he gets 3 weeks... where is the consistancy in that?

He has another year on the contract so not too sure we will see too much of him for the rest of this year unless he can turn his kicking around quickly.... His defensive pressure seems to have increased another notch which he needed to do, 7 tackles on the weekend. Seems to be a consistent. I personally want to see him play out the year if his form warrants it, but his kicking and staying in the contest still need to improve.

I thought Bruce was kicking it for Jones to run onto. He over hit it and Jones got crunched. Wirra is one the the fairest players going around and Jones bounced back into the game not long after. That is what I love about footy! Both had there eyes for the ball, the contest was sentational, no one got hurt and we move on.

Very disheartening news, tough for Jim to have to battle something an illness especially the dreaded cancer word. My thoughts are with him and his family. As to people saying how disastrous it is.... No one person is bigger than the entity. Jim through his passion, dedication, drive, vigor and love for our great club has pulled us from the brink but now more than ever it is time for others to step up. He has shown what can be achieved if you really want to put in the hard work. It is time for others to take up the challenge and use the standards he set and hopefully surpass them.
