Meh the further away from that time it gets, the more I think we were lucky enough to see the Jurrah comet flash before us. We were fkd as a club at that point and for us to try and bring someone from so remote into Melb probably wasn't going to work. To be fair I don't know if it would have work at any club. Not saying anything about the individuals involved but it just seemed like such a massive leap from "there" to here let alone the fact we were lead in the playing group so poorly. Such a complex scenario. Outside of Liam how amazing has Jetta been for our football club and the community. What a wonderful young man, I'll be putting his number in my boys jumper from here on.

In saying that, have you ever checked a news article online that allows comments where people use their Facebook log in details to comment. The comments Are linked to their fb profile so you can see names etc and linked to their whole lives. Again some shocking comments in these sections. It doesn't seem to matter if it is under a guise or showing the real person some people are just cnts. Maybe they feel as it is not a face to face they are more detached and think it doesn't matter.

The footy dept clearly want to get games into Smith and Hoges after a long lay off. Remember Smith has played half of 1 qtr of AFL footy before last week. He'll find his legs at some point and he did just enough to go again especially with Salem, Viney, Watts and Jones all out meaning we need someone like Smith off half back.

We were just incredibly chit during those years, not surprising we lost coming out of any previous game. We all agree it's not ideal, but we need/ed the $$. It is what it is.

I used to get my back up about them... but then I realised they weren't wrong, they were right to be scathing/questioning (beside Purple, he can go eat a bag of d's).

As others have said his "upside" a few years ago was looking good. He seems to have stagenated, possibly due to the drugs saga they caused at Dons. He goes alright but as an RFA you'd think his price would be too high, I can see Richmond chasing him hard!
