CJ and Petty are my two worries. Otherwise I could say great things about the rest of the team. Steele, Kossie, Sparrow, Langford, Lever and the Captain are particular performance highlights of the game for me... Go Dees, and suck it Blues 😄

Aside from Rivers' fumbling, he landed ONE tackle for the entire game. In contrast, Sparrow had nine.

I'd posit that Frosty is a far better player than CJ...

Neith Gawn or Grundy are genuine forward options whereas Heath is. He crashes packs, fairly accurate in front of the sticks and is suited to the new ruck rules to boot :-)

Max Heath should get the gong ;-) And Gawny has been listed with "hamstring awareness" so a genuine ruck option has to be the safe bet.

Can we leave JVR to focus on being a forward. He's been under the pump for a while and hadn't been developing enough. This pre-season he hasn't been doing as much ruck craft and frankly is looking more like a dangerous forward than ever...

Good to see you have Petty as an emergency. Hope he gets little to no senior games this year... Wish we'd traded him to Adelaide when he had good currency...

I think King moved quickly to identify we don't need him on our list with the like for like talent we already have. Just my gut feeling ;-)
