Thanks Macca for every week. The 'skins have been on almost every week since I forked out for season gamepass against Viks. I'm glad I spent $ anyway, I can't record One and some gamepass US ads are funny for the first time. The game condensed is great. Sav was good on SEN this morning, but it was a terrible interview. B whelan, garland, warnock HB petterd, rivers, bruce whilst i put that down, i really hope there's a name i don't know of yet, that can earn a spot. would also like to see one of our bigger players like a struggling ruckman put his hand up to play some special defending roles.

i really can't believe what they are writing, but it's pretty funny. on a serious note, if someone had delivered a rank elbow off the ball, we all would have been upset with him, from either side. i'm hoping he's not talking about a shepard, which was a shepard. there were people on both sides of varying skill levels (and speed/stamina levels), and sometimes that was pretty evident. on another note. we ran 1 lap, which included a sprint for those who wanted it. we had some stretches in a circle we did 2 minutes of kick and hand pass run throughs at near the slowest pace i've ever seen. i've played over 200 games of local footy (not at any great level) and that's the minimum at any club before a game. feeling great for the stretching now! (well better than i would have!) so it was a great idea. 104 points

I have toned my B&H's down from Rich to Smooth. (I think in the old scale that is from Medium to Extra Mild) I don't what they are now as they down't write the nicotine content anymore! Is that sufficient? I'll also have diet coke with my jack daniels tonight.
