49er defence has come up with 2 red zone stops. Huge. and while I understand the need for TD's i would have taken the 3 points there.

Tactical aspect of the game very important. Run game crucial (for e.g Ravens run defence were a brick wall just now against Texans) You have to have a plan fit for purpose. no arguments there. but you have to heart for the battle as well. The Cowboys are feeble when it comes to ticker. as soon the game isn't going their way, they fold. It's been happening for years. And McCarthy won't change it at this stage. P.S. are you feeling confident? Rolling the powder puff cowboys is one thing, shutting down Purdy and co is another thing entirely. I can't see anything other than 49ers win here.

Thats all true. but the manner of the defeat, the lack of belief, the collapse of confidence speaks to a deep rooted phycological problem. The Cowboys have no mental fortitude. McCarthy will not solve this next season. I hate to say it but they will flop again.
