  1. Another slow start. They’re stretching us easily. Kicking skills much better early as well
  2. Eagles won’t want to lose the no 1 pick. They’ll tank in the second half for sure.
  3. Great to hear T-Mac looking good. let's hope he can keep this up
  4. I think it’s a good example of an AFL rule thats unnecessarily complicated. If the ball goes between the posts it’s a goal. Simples. Removes the guesswork.
  5. Last home H&A game of the year so bringing the kids and cousins along to this one. Everyone excited. Sunny and benign conditions expected so looking forward to clean, sharp ball movement. No fumbles please. Goal kicking accuracy would be great as well. He's in the hunt for coaches' award and Brownlow so I expect a big one from Trac. 30 possies and a 3 goal haul.
  6. after watching the Swans fade out last night gives me confidence for next week. We are in better condition than them and will be favourites to beat them.
  7. We don't make life easy for ourselves unfortunately. I expect nervy affair. Their youthful exuberance against our battle-hardened experience. Close for 3 quarters but we'll pull away in the 4th to win by 20 points. Hoping Bill Laurie can contribute and show us what he can do. Go Dees.
  8. I've no idea if it hit or not. maybe he heard a sound. he called it straight away.
  9. another contentious goal umpire call at the death. couldn't tell from the vision but the goal ump did seem very sure though.
  10. It's been one-way traffic but the Crows can't score.
  11. how does jobe watson have a job?
  12. If i was Grundy, I'd look to move one. He's way too good to be a backup ruck. However, Gawn has a lot of miles on the clock. And a large part of the thinking regards bringing Grundy in was it could extend Maxy's career. He can't shoulder ruck duties on his own. We'll accelerate the end of his career if we revert to that. It's a big conundrum to figure through before the trade period. Personally, I reckon we should hold Grundy for another year and see how things play out.
  13. bomberblitz will be great reading tonight
  14. The pies will be finishing first. no way bombers beat them next weekend based on this performance. they're diabolical.
  15. We can't afford to drop this game. losing 2 of last 3 games is just not flag winning form. Hawks will be tough but we will win. We have to.
  16. bombers. Lol
  17. The Suns are a pathetic excuse for a football club. Absolute bottlers from top to bottom. If Hardwick doesn't get them to finals the AFL should admit defeat and wind them up.
  18. Suns are the most undependable team in the AFL. never rely on the suns
  19. Suns using the ball really well. working the ball into their f50 with ease
  20. premiership favourites not looking too flash against the Suns
  21. Let's just win our last 2 games and let the cards fall where they fall. The only thing i'm worried about for September is our forward set-up. A lack of a tall option to partner JVR is the only chink in our armour.
  22. Pinot noir is my go to as well. Very easy on the palette
  23. I'm drinking a shiraz from heirloom vineyards in the Barossa. Got it as a gift today. Very tasty
  24. see sawing affair
  25. Loose game and nothing like what we'll see in September
