A player that had a history of concussion issues had to retire because of concussion issues thats the fact of the matter sure Maynard is a thug s***bag however gus was only ever one concussion away from retirement so a 6 year contract was not smart at all. and so it proved.

paying a chunk of clarry's salary is a big consequence. hopefully we learn our lesson from it.
