Yes Casey-Leigh is athletic but is very scared out on the field, timid in contests and will get smashed against grown men. His best game happened to be vs Kreuzer hence the State Screening nomination, but after seeing him a few times throughout the year I am convinced that he is not good enough for AFL. Would prefer a Jared Boumann who is 196cm and can run 20 metres in 2.86 sec, put his head over the ball, play both ends and pinch hit in the ruck, was showing some real improvement by the end of the year and will only get better and will be great value late in draft. Hugh Sandilands isnt related to Freo's giant but is another modern day athletic footballer who was very impressive as a key back throughout the year, school captain and could be great as a 3rd tall defender in the backline.
