  1. I have no idea who this guy is but he makes me burst out laughing every time someone posts it 🤣
  2. Like Paolo Maldini and Richard Gough the guy is meticulous in how he looks after himself and there is no reason why he can't play to a high level for the next three years.
  3. It's time to commence operation Keep Carlton & Collingwood Out of the Finals. Will be cheering for the Dogs, Hawks, WC, us, Saints and Dockers in the final game of the season next week.
  4. CG crumbled under the pressure of achieving........ an 11 win season. Dermie trying to compare Disco to JMW Turner was one of the more surreal things I've heard in a footy commentary.
  5. How good was that! Very proud of the boys today. Vines and Max immense and lots of nice cameos too. We wiped the floor with them it has to be said.
  6. Who said I expected him to say anything else? Or say anything at all for that matter. I'm not part of the angry mob demanding answers or that heads roll.
  7. I merely said it was waffle. Which it was. You disagree?
  8. It's ironic that North's problems all started when they jettisoned most of their veteran leaders.
  9. Have to say that I liked the calm demeanour from Goody in his presser today, having just watched it. I also liked the way he engaged with TM without all of the histrionics we saw from Luke Beveridge to the same journo. As regards to Trac all I'll say is that I'd be very disappointed if he's using the media as a proxy to force changes on the inside.
  10. If he links them both to his Clarry being traded story he could explain it all in a venn diagram.
  11. FWIW all of the young boys that have recently re-signed said they love our culture. Maybe they're talking about the YoPro sponsorship.
  12. Hi Dingo. He's hinted himself that he took less than market value when he signed his last contract in order to ensure there was enough left in the kitty to re-sign the likes of Gus and Vines to long term deals when other clubs were sniffing around them both. He might only have one year left on that contract (I think?) but I think he could play for another three at a high level, making it less than likely that we target another No.1 ruckman for at least two of those years.
  13. Is venting his spleen part of the recovery process?
  14. Maxy took unders on his last contract so we could re-sign our other stars on long deals and will play for another 3 years if he remains uninjured. I actually thought that Petts did really well playing as our tall marking outlet from defence when Max dropped back.
  15. If our members are genuinely not turning up for some of the ridiculous reasons I've been reading on here today then we should definitely be dishing out finals tickets based on how many games you turn up to and not how much money your membership costs.
  16. We'll always get our 10 home games at the G, Dr G. They will just be in horrible time slots if we're stinking it up.
  17. Carlton, Collingwood and Essendon to finish 9th, 10th & 11th. AFL might have to extend Wildcard Round to 12 teams.
  18. I only saw the last quarter and a bit EH but they were giving me Dees 1987 finals vibes as they couldn't do a thing wrong. Like when we steamrolled North and Sydney at the G in consecutive weeks.
  19. I'd be happy to have an extra game I could attend too BBP. As most of our supporter base prefer to watch us on TV however perhaps it's better we pocket the $800k.
