  1. Lions list is starting to rival Hawks list of 80s. Will be a very tough out for the next 5 years. Not just talent, professionalism. Tackling was perfection. Geelong looked very tentative all day, Id like to know what was behind that
  2. it will all come down to who can offer him the most midfield minutes. A lack of midfield time is why he is looking to leave the next dynasty in the Suns
  3. Some great improvements in this thread. Free agency 90% of the time favors the teams that win, 23 players in a team means rebuilding takes too long. Super teams is a concept I warm too however little will. Reality is, little will change given the popularity of the game
  4. I would not mind seeing the AFL strategy pertaining to overall league expansion that clearly indicates a vision and how talent pools will support this.
  5. 6 - Gawn 5- Rivers 4- Oliver 3 - Salem 2 - Petty 1 - Bowey
  6. Ive said it in other threads however thank you Goody - a Demons premiership hero for life
  7. Agree - no matter what the club needs to secure the new coach, address changes in the FD, deal with any players who want out and move on. Well done Goody for what you have achieved
  8. Buckle up, going to be lots of change
  9. 6 Gawn 5 Viney 4 Oliver 3 Trac 2 - Fritsch 1 - Riv
  10. Fantastic for Kozzie, the club and supporters. I look forward to his continuing growth as a midfielder
  11. Yep we relocate to Tassie if Kozzie doesn't sign🤣
  12. Well done Gaz - super player. If he never got injured, would have been our greatest IMO
  13. Got to go for it!
  14. Was central to beating Freo. Our best lead up forward. Tends to get led footed however in some games and yesterday was an example. Needs to be in continuous movement.
  15. He is a great defensive coach and has lost his last 2 ball movement coaches to head coaching roles. That is where id be looking
  16. Viney in if fit - if season is shot then Jeffo or JVR need to be played key forward for an extended period
  17. This was the convo I was in at the game once the siren went. Who is the real Melbourne? If we played like this each week we would be top 4
  18. Interesting - Collingwood actively train these scenarios. Then again all afternoon there was few targets provided coming out of defence
  19. May Oliver Gawn Turner Langdon Kozzie - loses point for 50 in the last
  20. Not many would say the comp is struggling, in some key areas including talent pool I definitely agree with you and im mostly about game standard, not who has a team, TV shows etc
  21. Can't have a start date without the ground. Do more work on the ground and revisit s other have said and at the same time develop a long term vision for how many teams in the AFL, future of Academies, compromised drafts etc.
  22. Petracca May Turner Chandler Gawn 1. Jake B
  23. 6 - Kozzie 5 - Clarry 4 - Langdon 3 - Salem 2 - Rivers 1 - Max
  24. 6- Gawn - destroyed an elite ruckman in Meek 5- TMac - core defence was very good and he was the best IMO 4- Langford 3- Trac 2 - Pickett 1- Bowey
