I would have subbed Woey on at half time. That was slow from Goody. Tracca fwd was great but Goody missed that one.

Yes but that's all they'll admit. Forget the 11 to 3 anomaly of putrid softies that helped a five zip insurmountable first quarter lead. The game was won with that and then lost by the one they might decide to admit. It's a double whammy. Because we were good enough in the end but despite the anomaly we were putrid at the start. Jack Viney was missing first three quarters. Our 3 tall fwds were missing and with Fritta down that's all folks. Full credit to Tracca tonight. Anb was great for me. What a painful loss from a game that could have at least been a draw if we could have pushed a point on the first. Again to not score on the first quarter means our preparation is really out of whack. Are we meditating beforehand? It's a strange way to play.

Our midfield were sound asleep at the start. It's happened three times this year. What are they doing before the game. Watching TV?

Thanks GC Dee. I thought the 11 frees in the first was an utter disgrace. An actual blight on the game. Ok we played poorly but take away Mays touched ball the only one the video can't decide on and that cheating effort that got a free for dangerous tackle and we Won by two goals. So the umpiring did cost us a game no matter how we played. It's a absolute poor effort by the umpires tonight. Maybe the Afls needs to ask questions about this one and how the blues lead the free kick differential by so much. It really is disappointing to see a game ruined by such poor performances from them. Dock their pay or check if they have betting accounts.

You can't beat the umpires. We almost did but they have the whistles. The end of the day it the umpiring was a bloody dogs breakfast. What a fitting end with a free.

Bit our midfield has let Carlton walk it in unencumbered. Add an impotent three talls fwd in Petty, Turner and Jvr and we were always in trouble. Sadly may have got too excited about Petty so soon. Anb has been great. Who knows maybe the blues will expire. There was some sloppy play at times but we outscored. It's been ridiculous tonight. Haven't paid it once and on last week's standard there's been a dozen gone missing. By is a dead set nong.

What's gone wrong tonight? After our huge success in SA we were shocking against the lions and questions arose where we were at Then we play a ripper against the Cats and come out tonight exactly like the lions game. Is it fatigue.? Overconfidence? Easily contented? Are we overdoing the training during the week? Something is not quite right. Is it just poor preparation before games. This is a team of off or on apparently.
