  1. And chicken feet.
  2. A solid cast miniature statue/ bottle opener demons player for Father's Day is not too shabby. Beats the old soap on a rope and Brut 33.
  3. Don't think we can afford to play Tmac in this. Not with our fwd luck or lack of thereof this year.
  4. It annoys me that neutral supporters go to finals. Especially when they take seats from die hard fans in the Granny. Just venting. I reckon there's a few of them too. Media hangers-on and past players from other clubs, people with connections, etcetera.
  5. Has a couple of months off then comes back in against Swans to kick five. Not too shabby. He may well be the x factor in this year's finals.
  6. Really struggling with Afl withdrawal. A bit of a Twilight zone sensation. Must hold on. Thanks for letting me prattle.
  7. Can't help but feel we would be minor premiers if he wasn't injured this year.
  8. I'm not saying Schache can't but for a key fwd it would be better if he had more bulk.
  9. His body isn't really built for contact . He's not exactly the Hulk .
  10. On form it seems strange but with Grundy's future tenure in doubt it probably makes sense.
  11. Would it be nice to have Tmac be the one. I have a suspicion it will be Fritta. Kozzie is certainly a wildcard. Oliver who has missed almost half a season should never be underestimated. I might as well mention the entire team. Could easily be a dozen of our players.
  12. Was interesting how big that was here in Dl.
  13. Fritta,Jvr, Bbb, Milk and all TMac are all good kicks.
  14. Hope so too. He's really our only option though. How stuffed would we be without Fritta back. To step back in after such a long absence and boot five shows the class and caliber of the bloke
  15. Tmac circa early 21 is a total game changer. Would love to see this. It's been a long time though. But we desperately need him to step up.
  16. 3000 dollars isn't much in the scheme of things. I get that suspension in the finals is a double whammy but eye gouging is a serious thing. Hard to determine if intentional but nonetheless he was found guilty. Greene copped a week for the same thing a while ago.
  17. Our forward line has been dead set cursed all bloody year. From starting the year without Fritta, to losing Bbb, Tmac, Petty and now Milk is a shocking run of luck. If any other club had this bad luck we would never hear the end of it. That we are playing in a QF is a testament to the teams resilience, grit, guts and determination and any other superlatives you may wish to throw in yourself. I'm sure the club will seek to add another big fwd for next year. In the meantime if Tmac who has shown good form at Casey the last two weeks, can play well, then we will win a flag. Without Milk I do not believe we would have made fourth. But an inform Tmac is certainly a very good replacement.
  18. And then there were eight. I really think we can roll the pies. Tmac will come in for Milk. We have struggled with an unsettled and injured fwd line all year. Won't make much of a difference. First and foremost we are a defensive unit. Tmac in will also free up Jvr. We have played them once this year in a finals type environment and we beat them. Moore will be underdone and Daicos will be out. My main concern will be slippery conditions in a night game. Win this and I reckon we will go all the way. We go in with better form.
  19. Never understood this either.
  20. Yep the Thursday night. We usually get a good number to the Anzac game. That's a Thursday isn't it? I don't get to many as I live interstate. Not opposed to the idea but given cfc were minor premiers they should bet the premier time slot, which is Friday.
  21. Surprised there's not a lot of pushback from cfc. They usually get what they want
  22. He gets a week off though. But I imagine he would be tired.
  23. Thursday night is a huge hassle for interstate supporters.
