Yeah, we beat the Saints (Foster 2x TDs in the first quarter.........) but I think we will get better idea of who is who in the zoo after week 1. Tebow has been assigned as backup for the Broncos.....this sucks.

They need to hurry up! Still tossing up whether to jump into fantasy football this season!!!

Major League Baseball
If both sides continue winning that could be a ripper of a game. Going to be a vital clash between divisional rivals. Yankees still lead the division, but Rays and Sox are right behind them! Shame you are not going in late August or early September, you could have squeezed in an NFL game in Tampa (barring lockout of course.......)

The Royals actually have a strong connection with Australia. In 2005 Melbourne's Justin Huber was drafted (now plays in the ABL for the Melbourne Aces) and I have heard that we may see an KC pitcher play down in the ABL next season due to strong ties with the Royals and the Melbourne Aces management. The ABL is great if you haven't been so get on it baseball fans. I don't mind the Royals, they are not that bad. And they did win it all in 85, unlike the Demons who haven't raised silverware since 64............... Oh, and Speights Brewery is a ripper in NZ! Can't find it here, but would be keen to get on it again if anyone knows where it can be bought.

Cleveland Indians QueenC?? I hope you are referring to "Wild Thing's" Cleveland Indians from movie 'Major League' and not the Cleveland Indians currently dominating the AL standings!!

yeah, I have a reserved seat for the Aces. Worth the travel. Speaking of losing trends, my Pirates are now 4 games below .500 Not looking good.

Big MLB fan. As fas as the "Big 4" Pro sports in the states go I am pretty die hard. I am however a long suffering Pirates fan. Yes, I know they suck, but so do the Demons so you can understand why it is hard to leave a lovable loser. Yes, it is a long a tedious season. Will Pirates play playoffs this season? Nope. Will the Sox? Maybe Happy to discuss MLB anytime. You follow the ABL??

Eagles fans, watch out for Atlanta. The eagles are rolling, and the NFC matchups are going to be interesting in a months time. Very interesting matchups coming up.

I also watched the Texans Eagles game. If only Demeco Ryans had played....... The Texans rushed Vick all game, but lacking a tough OLB and defensive leader is what let Vick off the hook. I still think the Falcons are the team to beat in the NFC. They have taken care of business and have done so without making too much noise. Vick is certainly and MVP candidate. He is having a ripper and will be a hotly contested free agent next season. I can see Vick in Miami (his brother played in Miami!) given that they are one top QB away from storming into contenderville. Beware of the Pats in the AFC!!

Still too early to tell what Philly are going to do. The Dirty Birds (Atlanta) look more dangerous than Philly, but the eagles do have players that can win big games. The NFC is weaker this season than the AFC, so my tip is that the eagles should make the conference final. My Texans have lost 3 straight............season over............

Hey Guys, I am a monster NFL fan. As for the Eagles, I think losing Desean Jackson for a few weeks might upset the apple cart (big hit by Dunta Robinson for the Falcons- ex texan so I don't like him naturally). Any Reid is unsure of who should be the starter, forget Vick as Kolb has torched the last 2 games. I think they will stick with Kolb, he is the future and could hold the starting spot barring any further setbacks. Eagles are 4-2 and are in a tough division. Lucky for you guys the cowboys are 1-4 and were a "sure thing" going into the season. Cowboys are now a "sure thing" to miss playoffs. Big Texans fan myself (self proclaimed biggest in the country, and when i met some of the texans fans over there this year they agreed) and we are looking pretty solid going into our bye week. (also 4-2) It has been a great season thus far, with some big names (Vikings, Cowboys,Chargers) misfiring and some lesser rated teams (Texans, Bears, Cardinals, Falcons) firing. Great to see Randy Moss traded back to the Vikes! Dust off those old #84 jerseys!!

Anyone remember Jay Viney??? Was supposedly better than Todd.
