I thought demonland must have been bringing out our own show to rival "the club" and "the hanger"

Can someone please remind me why we are now all hyped on getting Pteracca again? Whose Grandma said the saints don't want him?
It's believed that Petracca 'failed' his second psychiatric test from the saints. Personally I think he will be still be a saint but his results were so low they think he has bats in the belfry.
I don't put a lot of weight on these psychometric tests but I guess draftees become multi million dollar investments for each club and they should do their due diligence. However, to put these tests into perspective, Dayle Gartlett achieved '100%' last year and we all know how much of a straight shooter he is.

Failed a psych test lol

Thanks for the pics and updates!
JV looking huge. Glad to hear he's got a really big emphasis on improving his tank this preseason.Stretch looks a decent size for the type of player he is. Really happy to get him with a 3rd round pick. Hoping he could an isaac smith/lewis jetta type to help with sling shotting.

Not a huge difference apparently. I won't pretend to be a draft expert but lots of people who follow that stuff don't rate this year's youths. Stephen Well's would rather Rhys Stanley than the kids that he could potentially draft at 21.

Anyone know why jack Fitzpatricks name came up on trade radio. I think Adelaide was mentioned
Someone mooted fitzy and p23 for Douglas

Probably more feeling shattered now than I was at the thought of him being traded

What was said? It wasn't just some kook ringing up with a "trade rumour" was it? Haha

This appears to have come completely out of nowhere. Surely there is more too this. Maybe the swans were on the verge signing another jet

Dogs supporters be like pick 3 and jones for 6. Final offer
I'm warming to hrovat and 6 for 3. I feel he slid in his draft year and was a good clearance player for metro. Reasonably good disposal eff. Only knock is his height and would a centre bounce of hrovat and viney be too short

Had a poor season this year. His previous 4 seasons he kicked 159 goals in 88 games including years of 39,43 and 48. Avg 3.4 tackles a game. Only 25.
Bargain if he buys in

I just don't think the dogs have the type of player to make this deal worthwhile for us. Hrovat is a solid player (and a good parade college boy) but his type of player are available later in the draft. Stringer would be nice but they seem pretty happy to offer us up fringe players
If people are keen on a pick downgrade plus a player , how about a Richmond? Conca or vlastuin + 12 for 3 . Carlton would be in the market for a kpf but like the dogs I don't see any players in the right mould.

Wow that was good radio
I remember after a game of school footy vs Sam in 2008, a bit of push and shove broke out and when it was broken up he yelled "remember my name." lel

I think we deserve pick 3 but knowing our luck we will get a second rounder.
Sounds about right - frawley and clark leave us for top 4 clubs and we get compensated with pick 20 and lumumba

Not sure if the callers are trolling or just stupid.

Genuinely lovely guy but never stood a chance with our coaching set up in 2013

Robbie Gray's mrs pwaaaaaa

Serious question ... how can that happen? Wouldn't he have to go through the draft? My understanding was that the special draft was for the winner only.
It's just a normal international rookie signing because he hasn't played any afl.. similar to us picking up Westrupp

Really liked what I saw
Kicked some memorable goals including Sydney, Adelaide and essendon.
Didn't get much of it but I'll put that down to playing more of a forward role than a mid.
I also liked that he spent time in both the seniors and casey, whereas seasons gone by he would have been flogged in the seniors

Can't believe he got dropped. He got a heap of it plus 10+ tackles against the tiges

Erghhh. Look, he is a nice guy but I'm just so over making excuses for him..
When nicnat and hurley were turning it on in his first year and he wasn't, it was because he was a year younger than them..
Then it was "He needs to add some muscle. He's too small to play key position."
Then it was his development coaches aren't doing it for him.
When he started struggling as a back flanker "He's a natural forward, he is being played out of position."
What bugs me the most is this guy is getting paid a ridiculous amount of money to do something so many other people would kill for. I caught the bus to uni this morning and tonight I'm stacking shelves at safeway so I can afford to go to uni in hope of one day getting a job that pays a fraction of what he gets a year. I don't understand how players can play with such little heart/urgency when they are so privileged. Maybe Jack should spend the Summer laying bricks or something so he can understand how lucky he is

Yeah I get that and even Howey is not taking those big marks now, that was another reason to go.
Haha playing in the backline... He's making some spectacular spoils but they don't excite me quite like his marks do

Really happy with our pick ups, particularly our later picks.
I was a bit worried when we traded 23 for Frost thinking st kilda called our bluff but I'd much rather ANB and oscar on our list than evans and barry.
