Okay but in the second quarter for example McLean handballs to Sylvia who is running full flight but is about to be tackled anyway . . . dumb decision making -> dumb coaching? or dumb footballers? well bit of both I think but Bohdan is not in the firing line . . . it was 31 degrees today and of course our players were going to be tired but I mean they are the Brisbane Lions and we outran them in the last quarter on their home turf in their home conditions which they are used to! I think that suggests that our fitness is above average or perhaps our players didn't go hard enough the first quarters . . . and that's their fault, not Bohdans. This is coming from a guy who wants Bohdan gone.

I don't think Bohdan can be blamed for Bartram and co. (including Brogan McBogan) handballing to stationary guys about to be tackled.

Hmm, all votes to midfielders/flankers and no love for the embattled defenders who did their best despite Black and co. utterly destroying the midfielders you give votes to. I can't argue with Bruce, Jones and Aussie however, and well done to Jeff White on reaching #2 on the list of most taps by a ruckman in history behind Justin Madden.

Dean Bailey - interchange! interchange! interchange! JMac was awful, must be completely unfit, kept coming off after 3 minute spells. Bartram was atrocious and turned it over every time he got it, lucky for him I like him. Wheatley made heaps of errors like last week. Not really any positives at all.

Also 5 cms too short to ever be a consistent useful forward, cannot take a contested mark to save himself. Can't read the play quick enough to be a good midfielder and isn't built to be a forward.

I tell you what, rocking up to the G today and seeing the big screen showing the awe-inspiring move of Jamar at CHF filled me with a certain fire and passion that I had been lacking through the first 3 games. Brad Miller, David Neitz, Russell Robertson, Mark Jamar, Colin Sylvia and Lynden Dunn. Best forward line ever!

Robbo kicked 75-odd in a season a couple of years, its all good and fun comparing the guy to Scott Welsh right now but Robbo has actually been far better.

Robbo will never get dropped, it's a moot point. Maric is not ready and Buckley will not add anything Bell doesn't with his accountability issues. We need Davey, him and Wona work well together.

I really don't know about all this talk of talent with Sylvia, he looks the complete package, he always has and got to show it off against his school mates and was subsequently picked up no 3 because of it . . . but I don't know if I've ever seen him do alot at AFL level which indicates the level of talent that posters on here think he has. He's taken some great contested marks and kicked a few great long goals, his delivery is usually pretty good but I think he's no big man and no small man, he doesn't have a natural role at AFL level and may never have one. The fact that he gets a game every week is more about our list then it is about Bails seeing his talent.

Let's get this straight . . . Cameron Bruce is a smart footballer and is absolutely fantastic with his hands, always been silky, it's when he uses his feet in the last few years he has been poor. He's given too many good games to this club to say that he's just a little above average.

Can I just get in here and congratulate Clint Bartram on being the best tackler in our team and it is great to see him back. Pretty spot on there Joeboy. Too nice to Sylvia.

Remove Neitz and go Newton, have Neita as 2nd forward, get Maric in and Robbo out, keep Davey up forward!!! Sylvia doesn't belong in the forward line, no matter what his fans think.
