If anyone has doubts just watch footage of Salem. He looks like a well rounded left footer with great skills.

Happy with Salem. Rated up there with best field kicks in the draft. Bullet passes.

Really like what Salem has to offer. Looks a little more versatile than Freeman and has a super accurate left foot (always handy having another left footer). Looks a bit like a Luke Hodge.

He really does love getting injured. Damnit. Some people just can't catch a break.

Would rather take Nahas than Callinan! He is 25 and could have 5-7 years of good service in him. He can also provide some speed in the mids when required.

Nahas would be a worthy PSD selection (or rookie, at the very least). He can definitely play and we are crying out for a small forward. We are going to be very tall upfront if we get our big 3 in the F50 together and will need someone sharking the ball drop. No one else on our list has stood up in that role in the last few years IMO.

Patrick Karnezis? An article in The Age mentions he is likely to enter the PSD and be picked up by the Pies. He can play. Let's take him from under their noses.

Good suggestions. They would both be suitable and I really like what Nahas did last year. It's surprising that he isn't a regular in their team this year. He is probably the most difficult to get out of the Nahas/Jetta/Banfield bunch.

I just feel like this is all going to work out. Roos combined with AFL funding/possible PP, a few new midfield recruits, Hogan, a fit Clark, preseasons into Toumpas/Viney/Trengove/Pick 2 and we will hopefully be on our way!

Hoping he still has another 5-6 years in him! I don't see why not at this stage. He can still improve from here.

They are most likely not all going to be fit at the same time. He is a MUST keep.

Todd Banfield anyone? 23 years old, 53 games. 57 goals, 54 behinds. He hasn't played a game this year for the Lions after being their main small forward in 2010 and 2011. He suffered injuries in 2012 which saw Josh Green and Dayne Zorko overtake him. The major knock on him from Lions' supporters is that he fumbles a bit too much and struggles to get more than 10 touches. Worth a shot? He has genuine speed and has shown in the past glimpses of his potential.
