Is it possible for an internet website that no longer serves its purpose to be taken over by others?

I'm proposing a takeover for this site - BUCKLEY SURFERS.

We could then follow the take over with a make over and dedicate it to our own Buckley - Simon Buckley. Having a site worked for Nathan in that it got him a Brownlow. Why don't we have a crack and try the same for our Simon?
