Hard to say whether I like this or not. My first instinct is to say yes but I remember 'the hardest team to play against' stuff that was bandied around by Neeld after his appointment.
What gives me hope that this is laying the gauntlet down to a group of young, motivated men and not empty spin is that I think we are cherry ripe right now. To be fair, Neeld and some in the football media felt the same way about us at the end of 2011.  A larger part of the football community thought we were a shambles and they turned out to be right. I think despite the late season hiccups in 2016, we are on the right path overall so this is the right message to be putting out there.
